Going to the theatre

Theatre in London is extremely good. Going to watch a performance during your holidays in the city is a must, because there are a lot of possibilities and the quality is excellent. However, going to the theatre in London can be a little expensive: a play or any other kind of performance can cost you 70-80 euros per person. And when talking about famous plays like Les Miserables, the prices can be higher.

However, we'll tell you a secret to find cheaper tickets: You have to go to a little ticket office located in Picadilly Circus. They sell last minute tickets at a cheaper price, and it is worth going there because the price is interesting. But you'll have to queue up because there's a lot of people that knows the secret and buy their tickets there.

Theatre in London has one advantage: some performances are played in the afternoon. If you sleep far from the city centre, you'll be able to go to the theatre on the afternoon and you won't have to return to your hotel or b&b at night.

If you don't understand nor speak English, we recommend you also to watch a play in London. You'll be surprised ot the staging, the cloths, the décor, etc. Definitively, theatre in London is just incredible!

Going to discos

Another of the night activities in London is going to a disco. There are a great variety and number of discos in London, being the most famous and important Ministry of Sound, located in Elephant & Castle area.

It is in this disco, known worldwide, where the best dj's in the world play. This disco is quite exigent when talking about the dress and the presence. So, be careful with your dressing!

And be prepared to pay 20 pounds more or less for the ticket (30 euros more or less), and to queue up!

Some years ago, another disco, in this case a Spanish one, has settled also in London. Pacha, located in the heart of London (near Victoria station), can host more than 1000 people and opens on Saturday and Sunday until 5 o'clock in the morning. Price: 20 pounds.
